1、 Strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control. 2、 Strictly check the epidemic situation of staff. Implement the "one person, one file" management of health status, master the health status of each employee and family member and travel information during the Spring Festival holiday in detail, and comprehensively check whether they have contact with personnel in key epidemic areas.



3、 Strictly carry out plant disinfection. The production, living and office areas in the plant area shall be comprehensively cleaned up, especially the densely populated places, key facilities and equipment shall be completely eliminated, and good ventilation shall be maintained to prevent the transmission and spread of the virus, so as to ensure that no dead corners and blind areas are left.



4、 Strictly implement the closed management of the plant area. Factories and enterprises should reduce the access to the plant, set up temperature detection bayonets at each entrance and exit, and be equipped with access control facilities and temperature detection instruments. Strictly implement the guard registration and inspection system, implement 24-hour personnel on duty, strictly manage the access, strictly inspect and detect the access personnel and vehicles, make information registration, keep the work account, and prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the plant.



5、 Strictly implement the epidemic prevention measures in the plant area. Each desk shift shall standardize the work order of the post, reasonably arrange shifts, or adopt the "small shift system" mode to reduce the number of people on duty in a single shift, suspend unnecessary meetings and all gatherings and other activities, so as to reduce the flow of personnel, do not gather and do not cross posts. Reduce general business negotiations, personnel visits and other activities as much as possible, and actively use modern information means to carry out business exchanges.



6、 Strictly carry out daily protection for employees. Workers shall sign post epidemic prevention commitments, abide by relevant epidemic prevention regulations and truthfully report their personal situation. Implement the daily temperature detection system for employees, reasonably set detection points in production area, office area and dormitory area, and strictly detect the temperature of employees. During personal work, employees shall wear masks in the whole process, wash hands frequently, do not spit or litter, and waste masks and other epidemic prevention articles shall be stored in the designated area or appliances. Encourage enterprises to arrange commuter vehicles, and the vehicles should be disinfected in advance. The collective canteen shall have scattered meals at the wrong time and peak.



7、 Strictly implement the guarantee of epidemic prevention materials. All workshops shall be equipped with masks, disinfectants and other epidemic protection articles, drugs and other epidemic prevention materials. Strengthen protective facilities and daily material reserves, and have necessary living and nursing service conditions.



8、 The administrative department shall strictly carry out supervision and inspection. It is necessary to carry out daily supervision and inspection on all departments, timely grasp the situation of epidemic prevention and control and emergency disposal, strengthen responsibility, and resolutely investigate the responsibility according to law for those who fail to implement the work in place and the implementation of the system is not strict, resulting in the spread of the epidemic and serious consequences.



9、 Strict emergency response and information submission of sudden epidemic situation. All departments shall formulate emergency response plans, establish a unified command and rapid response mechanism, and implement emergency duty, situation report, material allocation, force mobilization and other measures. Enterprises should establish a linkage mechanism with local medical and disease control institutions, and local disease control institutions should strengthen the guidance of enterprise prevention and control. For employees with fever, dry cough and other symptoms, the enterprise shall timely contact the local disease control institutions and relevant departments to guide the treatment of relevant personnel and places, and assist in relevant investigation and disposal. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, the system of daily report and zero report of epidemic information of factories and enterprises shall be implemented. Problems found shall be reported in time without delay, underreporting, omission, concealment or misrepresentation. Try to use information-based means to report.



10、 Strictly carry out publicity and education on epidemic prevention and control. Hang epidemic prevention and control banners, post notices and use various network platforms at the gate of the plant and personnel gathering areas to increase the publicity of epidemic prevention and control knowledge. Take workshops and teams as units, strengthen the publicity and education of epidemic prevention and control knowledge, and improve employees' self-protection awareness and ability.
